By accessing or using PasteFast (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

PasteFast is provided by Xiaohui Yang (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your Content

You are responsible for any content you upload, paste, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe your use violates these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
